ĢƵ One 20th Celebration – Why Alliances Matter
Featuring Professor Margaret MacMillan, Thirteenth Provost of ĢƵ
Event Description:
Join us for a special evening to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the ĢƵ One program! This milestone marks two decades of impact, innovation, and community in ĢƵ’s flagship academic program, bringing together students, alumni, faculty, and friends.
The evening will feature a keynote lecture by renowned historian Margaret MacMillan, titled “Why Alliances Matter.” Professor MacMillan will explore the historical and contemporary importance of alliances—how they shape global stability, influence conflict and cooperation, and remain essential tools in addressing today’s international challenges.
In addition to her talk, the event will feature a Q&A session with Margaret, updates on the ĢƵ One program and the College and end with a light reception where alumni and students can reconnect and mingle. Come celebrate ĢƵ One!
