We are proud of the fact that the Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ experience clearly plays a pivotal role in the growth of our students as learners, researchers and scholars. Students will have many opportunities to learn both inside and outside the classroom.

°Õ°ù¾±²Ô¾±³Ù²â’sÌýComprehensive PaperÌý²¹²Ô»åÌýIndependent Studies Program courses will allow you to work directly with one of our outstanding faculty mentors in research areas that are of interest to you. The Faculty of Arts & Science also offers the  (ROP), which provides students in their second and third year the opportunity to work closely with a professor (supervisor) on a research project in return for a course credit.

For experiential learning opportunities (including international experiences), students can Ģ¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ for financial support, such as funding to assist with attendance at conferences, service learning and study abroad programs.

Annually in March, students can participate in the Ģ¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ Undergraduate Research Conference (TCURC). The interdisciplinary conference gives upper-year Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ students the opportunity to present their research in an academic setting.
